Vineyard to Table Menu
Meritage at the Claremont introduces a new prix fixe menu, complete with wine pairings. For Executive Chef Josh Thomsen, “The ’Vineyard to Table Menu’ is our way of showing off how devoted our wine friends are to their craft by not only showcasing their wines, but their talents in growing a variety of foods as well. But we do the cooking!”
The Vineyard to Table menu will change every two weeks, so check back often to see the latest offerings from the Meritage kitchen!
Flights & Bites on Thursdays
Join us every Thursday for an engaging and enjoyable evening of wine! The evening includes several tastings, a wine industry insider to help bring the wines to life and facilitate lively discussions, plus several bites prepared by Executive Chef Josh Thomsen to accompany and compliment the wines. Each week we will have a different theme to tie the wines together, and you are guaranteed to be introduced to something you haven’t tasted before!
Thursdays at 6pm. Cost is $35 per person ($25 for Club at the Claremont members)
